I put the images that were attached to Ingrid's email in a temporary directory:

By the way, the list is configured so that replies to messages posted on 
the list go to the poster of the original message only rather than to the 
whole list.  If you want to reply publicly, you have to change the "to" or 
"cc" address to include the list address (oa at evermore.com).  If people find 
that inconvenient, let me know and we can change it.
