Wow, what a great piece of knowledge that I was not aware of. That is why the prices of all  Massahiro Chatani's books went rocket high after he passed away in November. 
I have many of his books and feels blessed to have known his works when he was alive. He opened for me a world I never knew existed until about six years ago.....
