She does have a couple free things on her site. If you are in the UK you
can get them directly from the CraftRobo user's group (I'm not sure of the
exact name, but it's on her site somewhere). If you are NOT in the UK she
will send you the files directly if you just ask. She doesn't mind a bit.
May I also recommend the Robo yahoogroup, too. (CRFun at yahoogroups.com)
There are files and files and files that they have collected, all free for
the downloading. Unfortunately, not too easy to wade through them as there
isn't really an index.

>A few weeks ago I finally purchased a CraftRobo cutter. I know, I can hear
>some of the boos out there from some of the paper cutting traditionalists,
>of which I have been one for over 25 years. Don't worry, I hopefully won't
>be putting down my knife any time soon. But considering that my wife's and
>my joints are not what they used to be, the CraftRobo cutter seemed like a
>good choice for getting our feet wet in this new electronic cutter world.
>And since my wife is into memory albums this will hopefully be a good way
>for her to create new page parts.
>
>So why am I mentioning this? Because the CraftRobo, like any of the other
>numerous cutters currently on the market (such as KNK, Pazzle, Cricut, etc)
>require pattern files in a certain electronic file format. In the case of
>CraftRobo it is the GSD format. Needing files equals searching the
>internet for sites. This has opened a whole new world of OA and Sliceform
>models that I had not come across before. There are myriads of sites where
>crafty folks are selling these patterns, and some sites even provide some
>free patterns. If you are like me, I like plain white models. If you
>don't mind digging your way through a lot of frilly stuff, the search can
>be quite rewarding. Ok, I admit it, I'm a guy. I'm not into frills and
>fluff and glitter and stuff. But if you are, then you will really enjoy
>the search ride.

>A few weeks back I was introduced to one of these cutter site artists,
>Jennie Cornwall, through a paper automata forum that I belong to. Below is
>a link to her site. Check out the various models that she has on sale on
>her site. It is well worth the vist. She also has several CDs of these
>models that you can purchase. I also encourage you to check out the links
>(friends) page. This will start to open new doors to new sites. Some of
>these sites sell their patterns in regular jpeg format so that you can
>print them off and cut them by hand.
>
>Enjoy!

>PS: You may be saying, that is all well and good, but what am I supposed
>to do with a GSD file if I do not own a CraftRobo cutter? The link below
>is to the Crafty Club CraftRobo site. This page offers free downloads of
>the current CraftRobo software. Download and install the CraftRobo
>CC100-20 & CC200-20 software. While you will not be able to cut a GSD
>file, this software does allow you to print the file so that you can then
>manually cut it.
