[Oa] Would Folks Be Interested In A Forum?

Like Jeff, I personally much prefer an email list.  Once subscribed, I
don't have to do anything else to see the posts.  If I am not interested
in something, I can hit delete and move on.  If the volume starts to
seem too much, I can switch to digest mode.

However, I am happy to cater to the preferences of the larger community.
 If enough people prefer a forum instead of or, in addition to this
list, there is no need to look for donations or other services.  I can
install forum software and have it running in a couple hours.
