I do have an annotated link list set up here:
http://www.origamicarchitecture.com/exit.php3
I have tried to include links to any significant OA-related site I have
seen. It can be challenging to keep up with new developments sometimes.
So, to keep the task manageable, I have tried not to stray much into
more general paper craft links. I am happy to add any other sites that
I have missed and, will make some time to go through your PDF list of links.
For any list like this, I think it helps to have a little bit of
descriptive text with the links so that people can better decide which
ones to follow. I have tried to note any sites that have patterns
available.

Several years ago I discussed something similar with some of the other
folks on the list. I was thinking it would be nice to have a database
that included all known patterns with their sources (both in print and
online) and, perhaps, a photograph. So, for example, someone looking
for a pattern for a pop-up rabbit could see that there is one in Keiko
Nakazawa's new book.
In my day job, I build database-backed web sites (though you probably
cannot tell from my ancient pages - as they say: the cobbler's children
have no shoes). So, it would be relatively easy for me to put something
up to manage and present a list like that.
I have limited time to type up pattern descriptions and references,
though. Is that something you would be interested in helping to fill
and manage?
I believe I have mentioned before that I am happy to host any patterns
any OA designers want to publish (designers being people who create
patterns and have unambiguous rights to publish them as they see fit).
Most designers seem to have their own sites, though and, most of the
requests I see are non-designers asking for specific sorts of patterns.
So, the reference list is probably of more interest to most people.
