Hello All:
I second Art's choice. I have been using Canson Mi-teintes for several years in various applications (paper sculpture and OA). It comes in a good variety of colors, has a nice tooth and is just thick/thin enough.
Recently, the local art supply stores I frequent have begun carrying 8.5"x11" sheets in all colors. I was also able to pick up a swatch book from one of the stores. This is very handy for quick selection of colors.
Just my two cents.
