[Oa] Masahiro Chatani book on e-bay.

Hi Ingrid,

I definitely like to hear when Professor Chatani's books are on eBay.  I
get several emails a week from people looking for various books.  While
I can special-order those that are still in print in Japan, there are
several that just aren't available anymore.  So, eBay and the used book
systems are the only hope for those.
