[Oa] 1024 People Placard Card

Have you ever gone to a sporting or similar event where there were a lot
of people in one section of the stands that held up signs that if viewed
as a whole created a rather large image?  Someone in Japan had the idea of
taking 1024 people, giving them each a sign, and then crambing them all
into a small pop-up card.  :-)

While not true OA in the sense of what we have been considering OA, I
thought this would be an interesting alternate idea for everyone.
