[Oa] Octagonal Dream Hall - from "Tour of Nara..."

Hello to you all,

I am a relatively new person to OA, but I am no
stranger to Origami, as I have been actively folding
for nearly 10 years.

I have done many 90 degree OA models before, and
eventually I managed to pick up this book.

I would very much like to be able to fold the 180
degree model "Octagonal Dream Hall", from 'Tour of
Nara..." by Chatani, Nakasawa et al.

I am really confused by the diagram on the base sheet,
and even with the instructions at the front I have no
idea.

Could someone guide me with this? Feel free to direct
email me, if this is perhaps a non-essential email to
the list.
