I think Alisher is talking about the type of OA models that open to
180-degrees. Basically, there are 4 types of OA models: 90-degree open
models, like this:

... multi-piece 180-degree open models, like this:

... single-piece 180-degree open models, like this:

.. and 360-degree open models, which are uncommon enough that I don't
have any pictures up of that style. Anyone else have or know of a
picture of one of these online somewhere?

There are a number of 180-degree patterns in some of Professor Chatani's
books. I believe these have fairly high concentrations of the
180-degree style: _Origamic Architecture: Cards for All Seasons_,
_Origamic Architecture Goes World Famous Buildings_, _A Paradise of
Origamic Architecture_. There are others, scattered through the other
books. I have tried to list which books contain what styles of designs
on my books page:

Of course, the patterns in those books are protected by copyright. So,
you would have to order the books to get the patterns legally. Most of
the books are available by special order through my company and,
possibly, other importers such as Kinokunia.

I may have notes somewhere listing the specific contents of most of the
books. If you are looking for something in particular, I can do a quick
search.
