The National Building Museum is hosting its 4th Festival of Origami
Architecture. Mr. Takaaki Kihara from Niigata, Japan, will demonstrate his
art. In addition, the Museum will display his work and other paper art
through April 25.

Part of the National Cherry Blossom Festival®, this fun-filled festival
celebrates the artistry of origami and the art of creating buildings.
Construct an origami city, create pop-up cards of pyramids and other
structures, make origami objects, and watch origami architecture and paper
artists Takaaki Kihara and Kazukiyo Kurosu, visiting from Japan, create
their amazing works of art, which will be displayed through April 25.
Free. Suggested donation is $5. For all ages. No registration required.
