[Oa] Re-Connected List Members

Greetings,

If you suddenly started receiving email from this list (again):

Some list members' mail servers were rejecting messages from the (OA) list 
because their ISPs thought our server did not have a reverse DNS lookup 
entry.  It does.  The problem was due to an improper configuration with 
your ISP's mail server.  However, after a little work, we figured a way to 
correct for it on our end, and those list members should be receiving list 
email again.

I also updated addresses for list members whose mail server configurations 
seem to have changed.

If you are reading this any don't know what I am talking about, feel free 
to ignore this message.
