Hi,
I personally think the best beginner's book would be the POP UP CARDS FOR
ALL OCCASIONS by Masahiro Chatani & Keiko Nakazawa. ISBN 0-87040-856-9 by
Ondori. Besides, it's got pre-cut designs. Can't go wrong. (^_^)
